Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page, on Sunday August 26th I shall be jumping out of an aeroplane at 13,000ft, something I didn't think I would be saying if you told me this time last year, I am doing this and trying to raise some money in the process for a cause I feel very strongly about,
St Clare’s Hospice is a place that runs solely on donations and each year they care for hundreds of people across West Essex and the East Hertfordshire border. They provide free, compassionate care for adults with life-limiting illnesses, and support to their families and carers. As some of you may or may not know I very unfortunately lost my Nan to cancer late last year and the support St Clare's gave her and my family in her last couple weeks was outstanding, They truly do a remarkable job at what they do and I am going to continue to try and raise money in future to keep them going and to help other families in similar situations.
My precious nan Angela was unlike no other, she was a very glamorous and inspirational woman that would never fail to put a smile on my face. She was the most caring person I have ever met and spent her life doing things for others and putting people before herself, I am so proud of the woman she was and I will do my best to make her proud in my life time.
If you would like to donate then I will be very grateful but don’t feel pressured too either! I will not be setting a high fundraising goal as I just wanted to see what I could do to help keep st clares going and to thank them for all their hard work.
