Your Marathon, Your Way · 1 October 2021

Take on our 'Your Marathon, Your Way' challenge and your distance could be the difference for children and young people in care. Every £5 you raise helps us answer a call to our helpline, giving a child in care vital support and advice.

Story

The National Youth Advocacy Service support Children in Care across England and Wales. Often, children in the care system struggle to get their voices heard in momentous decisions made about their lives. Whether it is making sure that young people share similar experiences in childhood (like going to the beach, or taking up a hobby), supporting them to access the mental health support they need, or making sure care leavers aren't left to fend for themselves when Government support ends, NYAS are committed to listening to what children and young people want, and doing everything we can to empower them to have a voice. This year, I am going the distance to make a difference to these young lives, and your donation will encourage me on my way.
