I am taking part in a white collar boxing match to raise as much money as possible for Cancer Research UK.

I'm sure pretty much everyone who reads this will have lost a loved one to cancer, or at least know somebody who has.

Nearly 3 years ago, my father-in-law Paddy lost a very brief battle with cancer. He left so much behind and we are reminded every day of the impact of his passing. Hopefully the money raised for Cancer Research UK can go towards preventing this from happening to another family.

I have also been lucky enough to witness first hand how cancer can be treated and cured, my Mum won her battle with breast cancer and has been cancer free for over 20 years, having been diagnosed when she was just 38 years old.
