Story

What is the TLC and what does it do?

Teddies for Loving Care (TLC)

provides cuddly bears to A&E departments for medical staff to give to young children.

The bears are often used by staff to calm children down, reward them for being brave, and – in some cases – demonstrate procedures.

I am going to walk a marathon over 9 days, 3 miles a day dressed as the TLC bear to raise awareness of who he is and what he stands for.

If you see me don’t forget to wave 👋 🐻
