Running and technology are two of my passions. I live and work in a world where these two subjects are coming closer together and where technology allows more people to get online more easily than ever before.

Having two children who are growing up in the digital era means I need to be concious of what they are doing and seeing whilst online and O2's partnership with the NSPCC is a fantastic way to understand how we can protect our children when they are using the internet.
