The D-Day 44 Challenge is a unique 44 mile run or 22 mile walk that commemorates the 1944 Allied invasion of occupied France on the anniversary of D-Day, 6 June 2018.

Story

There are 50,000 blind veterans (no Steph not veterinarians) in the UK.

Losing your sight affects every aspect of life, the everyday things can become daunting and as result people can become horribly isolated.

BV UK offers help/training, advice and vital equipment to help: £25 buys a long cane, £100 a mobile phone for the vision-impaired.

There will be loads of great charities represented in the Ride100 on August 4th, anything you can do is hugely appreciated!

Cheers Joe
