I am running the 10k race for life event in July in memory of a friend of mine that sadly lost her battle to cancer in 2012, Leanne Peace. Since then, my family have also had to say goodbye to our Aunty Jan who also passed away, July 1st 2013, whilst suffering from cancer. Although it has been difficult to come to terms with these loses, I am also running this event as a celebration of my Nan beating cancer some years ago, and she will be at the event running herself! If you have any spare money lying around, however little or big, I would be very grateful for any sort of donation. I have a target of £150.00 and it would be amazing if I could reach it!
