We provide free expert care and support to people affected by life-limiting illness

Story

Willen Hospice’s care touches thousands of local people every year. We give comfort, ease pain and reduce anxiety for patients and their loved ones. Every pound given makes a difference - as it enables us to do more for more people across Milton Keynes when and where they need us. We receive less than a quarter of our funding from the NHS, which means the rest is donated or fundraised for by amazing local people. Which is why your support is so important and so appreciated – from everyone we help, thank you.

I have decided to do this challenge not only to raise money for willen hospice but also to prove to myself I can. I want to achieve something so massive. Those of those that know me know I've not always had it easy and have had to fight my way through many things alot of people only experience through watching eastenders!! I've always been a fighter, and now I feel like I am fighting for my mobility as been suffering with a condition in my feet that leaves me in pain every day and to prove to my children you can do anything if you want to and set your mind on it. I am hoping this challenge will improve my life loads by helping me lose weight, therefore helping my feet but also give me a new outlook on life. Raising money for Willen hospice is an added bonus as I'm sure we can all agree it provides a service that all of us may need at some point in our lives. Please support me in reaching my goals it would mean the world to me xx
