Me and My family are taking part in Trek26 to raise money for Alzheimer's society. They support important research and raise awareness of Alzheimer's and Dementia as well as care and support for this community.

We are walking for our Grandad. Everyone who knows him knows how funny, generous, kind, compassionate, loud, musical, confident and faithful he is, wherever he is. 

For us, his family and many many friends we know that this light will never dim and even though the effects of Alzheimer's are significant, he will always be our grandad as we know and love him. 

So we are walking to raise money and support Alzheimer's Society and the important work they do so that many others in the same situation and their loved ones can have the best quality of life they deserve.
