Well I seem to have volunteered to be part of a team of 29 runners taking part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon raising much needed funds for Beyond Ourselves!  What was I thinking?!  With under one week to go all the training has now been done - I just hope it's enough to get me through those 13.1 miles!
