The Mental Health Foundation is the UK’s charity for everyone’s mental health.
With prevention at the heart of what they do, the Mental Health Foundation aim to find and address the sources of mental health problems so that people and communities can thrive. Approximately 1 in 4 people in the uk suffer with mental health issues a year. For my 16th birthday I will be doing a sky dive for the mental health foundation. This charity is very close to my heart. I’m doing it as I have not only had personal experiences with mental health issues but I watched many close friends and family suffer over the years. Not many people understand mental illness, it is not like a cut on your knee , you can’t see the damage. My dad suffered with depression and sadly took his life in 2014. Mostly, I’m doing this for him. I want to make him proud!! Please help me make him proud and donate and share my just giving page so I can reach my goal!! You can give as much or little as you can every little helps!!
