Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I was meant to do this jump after my birthday in 2013 but the group jump being organised didn't happen. My family generously gave to my jump fund and the money has been sat in my bank account ever since.

So, this year I turn forty and I'd like to mark the occasion by jumping out of a plane in a tandem skydive and hopefully raise some money for Parkinson's UK in the process.

For those of you who don't know, my dad has Parkinson's, he is a real trooper never moans and keeps himself busy. I am jumping on behalf of the fantastic nurses who reassure my dad and offer him and my mum support and care when they need it.

So this Tuesday, subject to the British Weather, I will be heading to Langar Airfield to strap myself to a stranger and head south out of a plane. If you fancy chucking a donation in this direction and supporting Parkinson's UK it would be greatly appreciated.

Big love from

Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.
