I have the privilege of working with an incredibly dedicated and talented team at the Horton Hospital in Banbury, Oxfordshire. It provides an amazing service for its patients from the surrounding area, and delivers healthcare for a huge number of people compared to its size. It is part of the same NHS Trust as the bigger hospitals in Oxford, but the staff of the Horton share the same commitment to patient care. The continued work of the staff at the Horton ensures that, whenever it is possible and appropriate, patients from north of Oxfordshire and the surrounding area can be cared for close to home.

Not only does the Horton provide brilliant patient care, but it is staffed by an incredibly friendly bunch of people, who work together in the best interests of the patients. They go the extra mile when necessary, and do so with a smile on their faces. Perhaps some might say that it's not the most modern or prestigious hospital to work in, but I'm extremely lucky and proud to work here!
