After eating too many Easter eggs, I decided I needed a goal to motivate myself and after the fun I had last time doing the Color Run, I've signed up again!!

I decided I also wanted to use this opportunity to raise awareness and money for Action on Postpartum Psychosis again.

Postpartum Psychosis (PP) is a severe mental illness which begins suddenly following childbirth. Having personal experience of this I recognise the amazing work and more importantly support that APP offers for mothers and just as importantly their families.  It is an extremely frightening and serious condition but fortunately most women go on to make a full recovery, however the journey to full recovery can be long and difficult.
