Story
Alex is running the London Marathon, raising funds in memory of her cousin Jo, for Cystic Fibrosis patients at Glenfield Hospital.
Jo was vivacious, beautiful and lived life to the full. We lost Jo to Cystic Fibrosis at the age of 23 in June 2009.
When Alex decided to run the London Marathon, she knew she wanted to run in memory of Jo.
Cystic Fibrosis (CF) is a life limiting disease. It is a multi-system disorder that affects the lungs, gastrointestinal and reproductive tracts.
Jo spent many weeks at a time in Glenfield Hospital, Leics. They aim to make their patients' stay as comfortable as possible.
If you would like to make a donation in memory of Jo to support other patients with CF, please give as generously as you can to help Glenfield continue their great work.
