Hey Guys,

I am running the Great North Run (13.1 miles) on 20th Sept and Great South Run (10 miles) 25th Oct.

As many of you may know I lost my mum earlier this year to cancer so I will be doing the runs in memory of her and raising as much money as possible for Cancer Research UK.

Please give as much as you can, every penny will help to fight the battle against cancer.
