So, imagine living with a life threatening or a life limiting condition that stopped you being able to do the things you really wanted to do...well Dreams Come True help children and young people with these conditions fulfil their dreams. Help to give them a sense of hope and empowerment.

These children aren't dreaming of the impossible they quite often just want to enjoy everyday activities that most of us take for granted.

And that is why I am stepping out of my comfort zone to help a child  fulfil their dream...by trekking 100km in temperatures down to -50 degrees pitching tents at the end of each day and camping the night before another day of trekking.
