I’m running for Barnsley Hospice, in memory of my Auntie, who we sadly lost in December.  The Hospice offers palliative care for patients with a life limiting illnesses and support their families during the period of illness and bereavement.  They offer pain and symptom management, emotional support and end of life care.  The organisation is a charity and all care is free.  If you would like to know more about the hospice, please visit their website, www.barnsleyhospice.org.
