Story
The Royal College of Nursing is celebrating our 100 years and #RCNWalk100 is an opportunity to carry the torch representing nurses across all parts of the UK. My part will take me across the Northumberland Coastal Path, the Berwickshire Coastal Path and John's Muir Way......122 miles in 6 days. I will then be joined by other colleagues to take the torch all the way to Belfast where it will end its journey. I am doing this walk for two important reasons....firstly my gorgeous cousin Darren Carney who recently lost his fight against cancer and secondly for the nurses who took care of Darren and supported his lovely wife Suzanne through the hardest and darkest days. Nurses spend their lives taking care of others, we should take care of them. I also have a page to raise money for Cancer Research UK in Darren's name to help fight against cancer. https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/Darren-Carney100
Please donate to either page or simply split your money between the two charities. Thank you for reading and donating.
Thank you for your kindness
Very best wishes
