I have decided (rather late in the day as I start the walk tomorrow) to raise money for The Alzheimers Society inrecognition of how my parents-in-law have coped with this condition, one of them affected by the condition the other the carer. The are both amazing.

I will pound the hills and valleys of our beautiful countryside and hope that you will support me to make a difference to the lives of people coping with Alzheimers/dementia.
