I am running the Mancheser 10K for a second year to raise money for East Cheshire Hospice. Their mission 'is to make every day count for our patients and those important to them. The hospice is full of laughter and a place where life is celebrated.'

This years run is particularly close to my heart as I am running in memory of Julie Wright a friend and colleague who was brave and inspirational until the end.
