I ran my first ever half marathon last year and pledged to do it again.  This time running for prostate cancer UK. Prostate cancer is a disease killing one man every forty five minutes in the UK. Many of us know or love someone who has suffered and we can all do a little something to help the fight against the most common cancer in men.
