We are running in this event in memory of our Nan, Dolsie who died of heart failure in June at the age of 92. She supported the BHF for many years and would definitely approve of them as our chosen Charity. 

And so, on the 7th October 2012 we will be taking part in the Southend on Sea 10k run and are now both in training and realising that it is very different to the 5k's we have been taking part in over the last few years!
