Smart Works dresses and coaches unemployed women for their job interview, empowering each woman by giving her the clothes and confidence she needs to succeed. After visiting Smart Works Newcastle, 71% secure a job within a month, starting a new chapter and transforming their lives. The wonderful Sara Davies MBE became an ambassador in 2021.
