Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Most of you won't know that my Grandma Josephine lost her life to Breast Cancer when she was 46 Years old, leaving three amazing daughters and one son.  Myself, sisters and most of my cousins never had the pleasure of meeting her but through our family we know she was an amazing person, mother and wife.  My mam says that I am like her because I like to bake and sew.

Last year my mam's youngest sister was diagnosed with breast cancer  which totally devistated our family, she was so brave throughout her treatment.

My family mean the world to me and with out them I would not be the same.  I am so pleased to say my Aunty has had a ssuccesful recovery.  Please donate to this brilliant charity, I will do my best I promise. (there is mention of masseures at the end of the race, at the Breast Cancer Care Tent, they will be offering free leg massages , That might possibly spur me on!!!!)  Please pass this on to every one that you know, Cancer touches everyone at one time or another.

Thank you for your support,

Joanne X
