On the weekend of the 1st of June I'll be doing a double open water swim challenge; taking on the Big Bala Swim (9K) on Saturday, followed by a murkier swim across the Mersey on Sunday. On Sunday I'll be swimming with a pod of swimmers from Chester Frosties, and we are raising money for the Liverpool Heart Beat/John Hulley Charity.
