Story

Welcome to Peel Rays & Shine Team Fundraising Page!

This October, Team Peel Hunt are taking part in the Raise and Shine Virtual Challenge in aid of Charity Partner Rays of Sunshine.

Andreas Van Embden, Damindu Jayaweera, David Kent, Doug Jack, Gemma Stanway, Thomas Stanway (Gemma’s son), Harry Jaffe, Ivor Jones, James Carswell, John Stevenson, John Welch, Maddie Albon, Mathew Szeto, Miles Dixon, Nick Ely, Nicky Smith, Sebastian Isola, Sophie Walland and Will Jones have a target of 1575 miles (same distance as London – Malta!) to cover across a two week period. They will be running, walking, swimming and cycling. The team even have Thomas Stanway participating to complete his first ever km on his bike since recently unscrewing his stabilisers!

The funds they raise will help brighten the lives of seriously and terminally ill children across the UK, granting their greatest wishes and giving them the chance to create precious memories with their families.

All donations are greatly appreciated

We brighten the lives of seriously ill young people by granting wishes and providing ongoing support. Our wishes are as unique as the children themselves and whether a child wants to be a fireman, meet a real-life mermaid or even the Loch Ness Monster, we work hard to make that wish come true.
