In October 2024 my husband Chris was diagnosed with Myeloma, an incurable blood cancer. We are still very much in the thick of it, and it’s a tough rollercoaster. Macmillan have been providing much needed support. On September 13th I have challenged myself to take on the 26 mile Northumberland Coast Mighty Hike to help raise money for people living with cancer.

I'd be so grateful if you could help me reach my £250 pledge, which can pay for Macmillan Nurse for one day. This could provide people living with cancer and their families essential medical, practical and emotional support.

There are currently 3 million people living with cancer in the UK today. It's Macmillan's goal to be there for everyone from the moment of diagnosis, but they can't do this without donations from people like you.
