I'm taking part in this years' 2013 Virgin London Marathon for Crohn's & Colitis UK. This is a wonderful charity which helps with research into Inflammatory Bowel Disease, finding a cure and supports adults and children living with the disease.  It is a very special charity close to my heart, my daughter was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in 2009. *Please help sponsor me, I promise to run, jogg, walk, trek, crawl, to do whatever it takes to meet the fundraising target and raise awareness for Crohn's, my challenge is to try and beat my last marathon finishing time, complete 26.2 miles safely and raise as much funds as possible for this amazing charity.
