Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In October,I will be competing in the 2022 London Marathon on behalf of the Paget's Association.

Paget's is a hereditary disease that has effected some of my family family members and potentially others in the future. Paget's disease causes bones to grow too large or too weak. You can have Paget's disease in any bones in your body, but most people have it in their spine, pelvis, skull or legs bones. Bones with Paget's disease may break more easily and become extremely painful. Paget's can also lead to various other serious health problems including heart disease and bone cancer.

The Paget's Association, is the only UK charity to focus solely on Paget's disease. The association acts as a resource for those with the condition. I know family members who have benefited hugely from the support they offered. Being a small charity , your donations will have a direct impact and will be hugely appreciated.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
