Once again, a gang of us are running the Bristol 10K and even more importantly we have a wonderful group of supporters coming to cheer us on.  We will then all gather and eat cake and drink tea - and just know that we are all together because of Ella.  Ella wasn't very keen on running - but she loved cake :)

Anyway, most of you know the story - Ella spent 100 nights in hospital being treated for cancer.  TCT didn't have specialist units for her to access and use at the time, but they do now........ partly due to all of us helping to raise a ton of cash so that any young adult does not have to feel as isolated and lonely as Ella did as they battle through their cancer journey.

But  - TCT still can't reach every young adult diagnosed with cancer (7 people between the ages of 13 and 24 are diagnosed everyday single  day of the year), so we have to keep going and do what Ella wanted us to do - HELP, by raising money for TCT
