Story
I love challenges and expanding my comfort zone. Running a marathon was a dream of mine and with the small encouragement of my dear friend, Olivia, I finally decided to do it. Thanks, girl!
And is there a better way to do it than connecting it to good-cause fundraising?
I’m raising money for ABF The Soldiers’ Charity, which is here for soldiers, former soldiers, and their families for life. They help young serving families cope with a sudden bereavement, provide wide-ranging support to wounded soldiers, assistance with housing, education, and training for employment for soldiers and veterans of all ages.
Dear friends and family! Freedom is never guaranteed. Many soldiers are putting their lives at risk to fight for our freedom and human rights on a regular basis. Many veterans have sacrificed everything to fight in World War II to save our relatives. We all owe them so much!
I'm going to add a £5 donation for every 50 miles I run during my training, but I do count on your support as well. Every £ counts!
Will you join me to gather £250 to pass it on to ABF The Soldiers’ Charity to show respect, gratitude and appreciation?
Being free means having the freedom to live but also to support others to live a dignified life. Let's do it!
