In advance thank you all for your support!
This year I lost the most wonderful, brave and loving woman I know to acute leukaemia. Acute leukaemia is very aggressive and my Nana's battle put her into intensive care after six months of chemo, she survived and lived in remission for another year and a half. She was a walking miracle.
Raising money for Cavendish Cancer Care was a decision based on supporting people in the moment. Cancer Care provide counselling for cancer patients and their family's, and different courses of therapy for patients. The aim of cavendish cancer care is to increase individuals quality of life regardless of how severe the cancer may be. Those with cancer often experience anxiety and depression during cancer treatment and after. So the variety of therapies that are offered really can relieve these symptoms!
I've decided to take myself out of my comfort zone and start with 10km run. I hope to continue with the running and eventually go on to doing a marathon! Please help me support this wonderful charity!
