As you may know my lovely borther-in-law, Colin, died suddenly last year at the age of 38 from Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome or SADS. He was just 38 years old. He left my sister and their two young daughters behind (they were just nine weeks old and 22 months when he died). 

The day of this challenge would have been colin's 4oth Birthday. Many friends and family are getting together to run in his memory and raise money for BHF, as it seems appropriate given how he died. It would be great to raise lots to research SADS.
