Event: Inflatable Run, Bournemouth, on 24 September 2022
On Saturday 24th September, we will be running the Bournemouth Inflatable 5K/10K. This is our third ever sponsored physical challenge' to raise much-needed funds for STEPS Club for Young People in Weymouth. Thanks to all our runners and supporters!

Story

This is our 3rd Sponsored Physical Challenge, although this is the first one for 4 years! In 2017, 22 of us completed the Weymouth Half Marathon and, in 2018, 25 of us completed the Brutal Run (think I still have mud in my toenails!) The Bournemouth Inflatable 5K/10K Run should be fun as well as a physical challenge. Our fundraisers will be running either 5K or 10K...... PLUS there'll be 16 giant inflatable obstacles every 2.5K. Therefore, 5K runners will also overcome 32 obstacles and 10K runners will overcome 64! I'm told your legs turn to jelly!! :o I'd like to say a huge THANK YOU to all our intrepid runners and to everyone who sponsors a runner to support them and to support our work at STEPS! Please see below for more details about our Charity, STEPS Club for Young People. Our work is needed more than ever - especially as most youth provision/clubs in the area have closed. Tom Lane
