Inspired by Sir Tom, Joan (My Gran) has spent the last month attempting to walk 30 miles, to re create the journey she did when she was 18. Travelling from Middlesbrough to Whitby. Using nothing but determination, her walking aids, and the 30 yard garden patio! All to raise money for the RSPCA Newport Animal Centre. Although Joan has now completed her challenge, we hear that there has been some interest donate to her after a face book post. So by all means any donations are greatly appreciated! Thank you! 

The RSPCA Newport Animal Centre rescue, rehabilitate and rehome animals that have been rescued from cruelty and neglect. They look after cats, dogs, rabbits and other small domestic animals - at any one time they will care for over 100 animals. In 2019 they rehomed 145 dogs, 253 cats and 134 small animals. That's 532 animals in one year! Please help my Gran raise vital funds to support the animals in their care.
