Story

We are fundraising for the people of Ukraine.

Pupils and staff from St Joan of Arc Catholic School in Rickmansworth are raising money this Lent to help those are suffering because of the invasion in Ukraine.

Fundraising Events include:

Dcn Liam's 2 marathons in 2 days - running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours plus an extra 4.4!

Pupil Sponsored Sleep-In & Prayer Vigil: Staying the night in the cold school gym, praying for peace on the hour, every hour.

Please indicate which event you are sponsoring in the comments of your donation.

Please be as generous as you can. Like you, CAFOD is deeply disturbed by the ongoing attacks on Ukraine.Together, we stand in solidarity with the Ukrainian people and send our prayers to our sister organisation Caritas Ukraine, and those Caritas agencies in neighbouring countries, who are already helping people affected by this conflict. As one Caritas, we stand united with them.
