I am Completing a 30 day fitness challenge. It's been well over 3 years since I last stepped foot in a gym but I am back with this challenge as my motivation. Please consider donating to keep me going, or even donate for my other challenge of going 30 days without injuring myself...  Let's face it that's also a challenge 😀😀😀😀. 2 days in so far and so far so good. 

The last year has had a huge impact on the mental health and wellbeing of our region.
