My life totally changed the day we lost our beloved dad. Edward Charles Dorrian ❤️ (he was only 67) The talk of @when I retire I’m going to ….” Made me relise nothing was ever guaranteed. My outlook on life totally changed from this day.
4 years on I discovered a lump. I was laughing sat a a desk, leant forward and thought something did not feel right. To be honest I pushed it to the back of my mind as you do 🫣 but later thought better of it and got it checked out. Turns out I had breast cancer. What the hell!? I felt ok?! Hmm that’s normal... Don’t be fooled… Hormonal receptive. Luckily it was discovered early but not quite but after a mastectomy and chemotherapy I’m lucky to still be here. You cannot ever be sure that’s it. Just one day at a time.
I am so grateful for all of the treatment, support and help I have received. All I want to do is raise awareness and give someone back .
Ladies and gents. Check yourselves please 🙏. Let’s keep awareness going. Let’s keep raising funds. Let’s keep thanking our nurses and oncologists for their great work.
Thanks each and everyone of you that has sponsored and supported me in giving something back.
Truley appreciated
Much love
Jo
