I am doing this challenge in aid of the British Heart Foundation to celebrate my son James's recovery from heart surgery last year.  He has two shiney new heart valves and has made an amazing recovery, finishing his A levels and getting good grades.  Big thanks go to Dr Ballard and all the staff of the Heart Unit at Leeds General Infirmary.  Please give generously - heart disease isn't just for old people.  Thank you.
