We provide care at the hospice and at home to children in the Thames Valley region

Story

This years challenge is not as epic as last years trip from John O'Groats to Lands end. This year I am cycling around London, 185 miles over 2 days, this is a significant challenge for me though as I had surgery on my shoulder in december which kept me off the bike for 3 months and unable to cycle any distance for a while after that so this could be interesting.

I am supporting Helen and Douglas house who are a fantastic charity providing hospice care to very ill children.  Ian's parents volunteer in their shop in Beaconsfield and they are a charity particularly close to the hearts of Ians family as they looked after Ian's cousin Cath's little boy Sam so well when he was tragically taken away from us a few years ago.

Anything you can give however small would really mean a lot to me Helen House, the work they do is amazing and they make such a dreadful time that bit better for hundreds of people.
