This month, it will be two years since our much-loved friend - Jon Clatworthy Edwards - sadly died. Our two families had many happy day trips together over the years, not to mention our New Year’s Eve celebrations.

This year, we are joining Jon’s wife Charlie (my lovely friend) and their three children in trying to cover as many kilometers as possible to get to 1000km in May in memory of Jon and to raise awareness of the importance of our mental health. We know that exercise has many benefits, including improved mood, better sleep and improved memory.

We are aiming for 100km with a target of £100 so that’s £1 per km! (I might even manage to get Neil running!),
