It's almost time to hit 40 and its a good as time as ever to do one of the bigest running events in the world, the London marathon.  I've wanted to do it since I can remember and now its time to stop faffing and get on with it!!   So here goes with the training....

In memory of my Dad, I'm raising money for the Prostate Cancer Charity and I hope to raise lots and lots to make the whole thing very worthwhile. Thankyou for taking the time to visit my page and supporting me through this ridiculous task that I have set myself!!
