For those that know me this is a huge challenge and one that I am slightly nervous for!  I decided to enter a competition at work to win a place in the London Marathon and you guessed it my name got drawn out!!  After the shock I have decided I can do this and to make it worth all the hard work I would like to raise money for British Heart foundation in memory of my amazing dad "Harry" who passed away in 2009 from a very sudden Heart Attack.  British Heart foundation is a great charity and one I hope you can get behind in memory of a great man and to make the training a little less painful!
