Story

Hi everyone

I decided last year that I needed a challenge,  I needed to do something that was way out of my comfort zone and so after trawling the internet for different charity challenges I opted to go for the London2Brighton Challenge.  A 100k all terrain walk to be completed as quickly as possible.  I am hoping to finish in around 27 hours.  My chosen charity is Parkinsons UK and for those of you who don't know, my Dad suffered with this terrible condition for many years before his death in 2003.  I think this would have made him proud.

So please give generously, I have a very long way to go  before I am at a fitness level to complete this challenge.  So it's goodbye takeaways and alcohol and hello lettuce and blisters!!

If anyone would like to meet me at the end and watch me crawl across the finish line I would be extremely grateful.  Thanks for your support. xxx
