My lovely Mum Kay was diagnosed with this cruel disease a number of years ago. Despite deteriorating, she is still my happy smiley Mum and continues to enjoy her favourite past time of cups of tea and cake.

Running a marathon seemed like such a good idea to  help raise just a few pounds to support research and help understand the disease to hopefully find a cure. 

Mum obviously thinks I’m bonkers but she’s say I can do it! I’m very grateful for her confidence 🥰🥰🥰

So on Sunday 14th May I’ll be trudging the streets of Leeds with a few thousand others !
