 A few years ago, my friend Paola was taken ill with lung cancer, after having never smoked a cigarette in her life.  Three months later she passed away leaving a nearly one year old son and five year old daughter and of course her beloved husband.  St Peters hospice helped her and her family through her last days with care and compassion.  

I will be doing this walk in her memory and to help raise funds for St Peters hospice.  Having also lost my father to lung cancer some time ago, I realise how important people like St Peters Hospice are for not only their patients but their families.
