Story

It's no secret that I love a good challenge - running last year's Virgin London Marathon is proof of this! So this year I am taking my charity challenge global and heading to Borneo to take part in a Tri-Expedition.

Over 5 days I will climb the highest mountain in South East Asia, Mount Kinabalu (4,102m); complete a 65km mountain bike ride through the jungle then white water raft down the raging Padas River.

We are hoping to raise £1,000,000 for three fantastic charities - Prostate Cancer UK, Alzheimer's Society and Mind.  Any donation you can make is really appreciated.

Thank you for your support

Jo
