In a moment of temporary insanity I am leaping from the top of the Kensington Roof Gardens with just a strong rope between me and the tiny red double decker bus 100 feet below.

This is my big chance to pretend I am in the SAS and although I won't be shooting anyone or bursting through any windows, I can't promise not to shout lots of faux-military commands on my descent. Hurrah!
