Story
Hi All
On the 18th September 2011 I am running (jogging) the Great North Run half marathon to raise money for Alzheimer's Society.
Alzheimer's Society are fighting against dementia. It is a terrible disease for not only the person that suffers but also for the family who watch a loved one change in front of their eyes. Much research is taking place which needs considerable funding and I would like to help with this.
I am extremely passionate about this cause as have seen and experienced this disease in my family first hand. It is truly devastating.
However small a donation you are able to give helps so much.
Thank you in advance I really do appreciate your support.
Best wishes Jo (once 5ft tall soon to be 4ft after the 18th Sept :-))
